You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets our eligibility requirements.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must not have been washed, altered, stained, damaged, or used.
  • Proof of purchase/order number must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products that have been worn or washed
  • Products with removed tags
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Accessories or personal-use items where applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

Our team will review your request and guide you through the replacement or exchange process.

Exchange

An exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or our applicable refund procedure.

Original delivery charges may be non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges, where applicable, may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
